Wizdomly Shipping Policy

1. Product Customization & Samples

  • We offer product customization services upon request.
  • Once a prototype is ready, we can:
    • Send physical samples for your approval, or
    • Provide photos and videos if you prefer not to receive samples.
  • After approval, we will proceed with stock production and fulfillment.
  • If you choose not to receive samples and later your customers are dissatisfied, Wizdomly is not responsible for related refunds.

2. Shipping Methods

  • We use private shipping lines or carefully selected high-quality carriers to ensure:
    • Fast delivery times
    • Safe and secure transportation of products

3. Delivery Issues & Responsibility

Wizdomly is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers
  • Unpaid taxes, VAT, or customs duties that prevent delivery

In these cases, orders are considered fulfilled once shipped, as production and shipping costs have already been paid.


4. Lost Parcels & Fulfillment Issues

  • If a parcel is lost during shipping, or
  • If our factory fails to ship products on time,

We will take full responsibility and offer:

  • A replacement shipment, or
  • A full refund, including shipping costs if necessary

5. Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and handling any applicable import fees.
