Wizdomly Shipping Policy
1. Product Customization & Samples
- We offer product customization services upon request.
- Once a prototype is ready, we can:
- Send physical samples for your approval, or
- Provide photos and videos if you prefer not to receive samples.
- After approval, we will proceed with stock production and fulfillment.
- If you choose not to receive samples and later your customers are dissatisfied, Wizdomly is not responsible for related refunds.
2. Shipping Methods
- We use private shipping lines or carefully selected high-quality carriers to ensure:
- Fast delivery times
- Safe and secure transportation of products
3. Delivery Issues & Responsibility
Wizdomly is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers
- Unpaid taxes, VAT, or customs duties that prevent delivery
In these cases, orders are considered fulfilled once shipped, as production and shipping costs have already been paid.
4. Lost Parcels & Fulfillment Issues
- If a parcel is lost during shipping, or
- If our factory fails to ship products on time,
We will take full responsibility and offer:
- A replacement shipment, or
- A full refund, including shipping costs if necessary
5. Additional Notes
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and handling any applicable import fees.
